Come join us for a building tour of 95 Madison Avenue, which is currently undergoing an office to residential conversion. Our tour guides will be Timothy Sudweeks and Brian Fanning, both of FXCollaborative, the architecture firm designing the conversion. This is a MEMBERS-ONLY event.
Timothy M. Sudweeks, AIA, LEED AP, is a principal at FXCollaborative. Tim has worked on several high-profile projects including the Jacob K. Javits Convention Center Renovation; 7900 Wisconsin Avenue, a 440,000-square-foot residential building in Bethesda, MD; and a 5,000,000-square-foot master plan for a mixed-use neighborhood in Virginia located next to a future metro station. He holds an M.S. in Advanced Architectural Design from Columbia University, and AA Diploma fromthe Architectural Association.
Brian Fanning, AIA, LEED AP, is a partner at FXCollaborative. Brian specializes in large-scale residential, commercial, and mixed-use projects. With a strong understanding of how buildings evolve from ideas to realized structures, he holds a breadthof experience that spans all phases of the design process. He has a B.Arch. from Cornell University.
