DESCRIPTION:Come join us for a building tour of 95 Madison Avenue\, which 
 is currently undergoing an office to residential conversion.  Our tour gu
 ides will be Timothy Sudweeks and Brian Fanning\, both of FXCollaborative\
 , the architecture firm designing the conversion.  This is a MEMBERS-ONLY
  event.   \n\n\n\nTimothy M. Sudweeks\n\nTimothy M. Sudweeks\, AIA\, LEE
 D AP\, is a principal at FXCollaborative.  Tim has worked on several high
 -profile projects including the Jacob K. Javits Convention Center Renovati
 on\; 7900 Wisconsin Avenue\, a 440\,000-square-foot residential building i
 n Bethesda\, MD\; and a 5\,000\,000-square-foot master plan for a mixed-us
 e neighborhood in Virginia located next to a future metro station.  He ho
 lds an M.S. in Advanced Architectural Design from Columbia University\, an
 d AA Diploma fromthe Architectural Association.\n\n\n\nBrian Fanning\n\nBr
 ian Fanning\, AIA\, LEED AP\, is a partner at FXCollaborative. Brian speci
 alizes in large-scale residential\, commercial\, and mixed-use projects. W
 ith a strong understanding of how buildings evolve from ideas to realized 
 structures\, he holds a breadthof experience that spans all phases of the
