Korbey, Partner and Chair of the Land Use and Zoning Group at Herrick, Feinstein LLP presented “Mayor de Blasio’s Gowanus Canal Rezoning: The Venice of Brooklyn and Land Use Planning for the Next Mayor” to members via ZOOM on Thursday, September 23, 2021. Mr. Korbey explored the development potential of the area surrounding the Gowanus Canal in Brooklyn and its challenges through the view of a zoning expert and former New York City Department of City Planning (DCP) attorney.
