11/05/2021 – Gregory Russ, Chairman of New York City Housing Authority (NYCHA) was interviewed by LAI Member Howard Husock, Author and Journalist, in a special format held for members at 90 Church Street on Friday, October 29, 2021. Mr. Russ, who has worked with public housing authorities in Detroit, Philadelphia, Minneapolis, Cambridge and Chicago, provided engaging dialogue which included discussion of issues facing NYCHA and potential solutions.
