November 20, 2020 Covid-19 maybe threatening a second wave, but LAI NY Chapter continues to turn out presentations that keep our members and participants well connected and informed with uncommon access to discussion and dialog with industry professionals. LAI hosted a presentation via Zoom with guest speaker Katy McLaughlin, Special Writer for the Wall Street Journal Mansion Section. She discussed high end residential development in the wake of Covid-19. The new building systems demanded by purchasers in the tri-state area are evolving and Katy McLaughlin has the industry contacts that provide cutting edge amenities needed for residential buildings to stay viable in the marketplace. The meeting was well attended by experienced industry professionals and the discussion was lively. In all, everyone took some valuable information away from the session.
