On February 24, 2022 LAI New York Chapter held a very enlightening meeting with get speaker Damian Besculides, AIA. Mr. Besculides demonstrated the latest technology in office planning and space design. We were treated to a demonstration of the systems available architects today to not only plan office space but to also source available properties and were updated on market innovations in office design. The meeting was well attended with guests from Baltimore, Washington DC and Toronto.
