DESCRIPTION:Tour of the Empire State Building’s Green and Sustainability 
 Initiatives &amp\; Happy Hour\n\n\nThe tour will be given by Dana Robbins 
 Schneider\, Senior Vice President\, Director of Energy and Sustainability 
 for Empire State Realty Trust.  Dana is responsible to define\, lead\, an
 d execute a comprehensive program for all company and property level energ
 y and sustainability initiatives\, industry leading best practices\, welln
 ess programs\, disclosure\, and reporting.  Dana leads the work behind ES
 RT’s globally recognized Net Zero work\, for ESB by 2030 and the portfol
 io by 2035\, focused on analyzing and implementing actionable measures whi
 ch drive performance and payback at the whole building\, systems and tenan
 t level including proactive planning for LL97.  Prior to joining ESRT\, D
 ana led JLL’s Energy and Sustainability Projects team for the Americas\,
  working on over 250 million square feet of impact projects over 18 years.
